Dirk Lenaerts

Dirk Lenaerts is Joint Managing Director of CS&A. Dirk works with clients internationally to assess risk, evaluate their crisis management capabilities and designs response structures and processes specifically suited to their organisation, environment, culture, and the risks and issues they face.
Dirk Lenaerts is particularly involved in the development of products and tools, such as Crisiscom© and CrisisScan©, that help clients enhance their risk and crisis management capability.

He leads the research and planning of risk and crisis scenarios as well as the organisation, management and debrief of crisis simulation exercises.
