During this interactive workshop, Caroline Sapriel, Managing Partner of CS&A will guide you through the fundamental principles of managing a crisis online. Through a variety of case examples this dynamic session will show you how to assess emerging on-line issues and the best-practice strategies to help you mitigate adverse impact and protect reputation.

With over 25 years of experience as a trainer, facilitator and coach in issues and crisis management and communication, Caroline Sapriel has worked with many corporate and business leaders across industry sectors globally. Over the years, she has been directly involved in helping clients manage crises in the oil and gas, chemical, transport, shipping, aviation, pharmaceutical and consumer product sectors, among others.
